U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency intelligence agents \ Fugitive Recovery when assigned to specific cases and are required to submit in depth confirmed intelligence reports to Criminal Justice Agencies based on crime tips, leads, criminal activity witnessed by agents or any miscellaneous information sent to the agency; not to exclude crimes enforced by Federal Agencies ( FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement-ICE, DEA, BATFE) whose jurisdiction is to enforce specific federal statute violations. Intelligence agents also assist USIAPA (U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency) field agents in locating fugitives and verifying all information sent to the agency by a requesting agency such as a bail bond agencies, sheriff's department in states where allowed etc.

U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency special agents and agents operate in accordance with and under the authority of the United States Supreme Court 18 Wall 366 when on duty to locate, apprehend or cause the apprehension by locating wanted fugitives. Illinois, Kentucky, Oregon and Wisconsin enacted specific laws regarding activities of fugitive enforcement agents. Agents of the Agency also perform duties as investigators for private citizens only in the states where they are licensed to perform those duties augmenting the investigative options of law enforcement in some states. All agents operate under strict guidelines in addition to policies and procedures of the agency to abide by the laws of each state. All agents are sworn in and take pride in performing their duties. All off duty USIAPA agents must assist all peace officers seen in a justified need of assistance (Example: an officer being overpowered by multiple or a single subject or an injured officer) as specified by USIAPA policy and procedure.  

Firearms Training is lead By NRA Firearms Instructors(LE-Law Enforcement, RSO-Chief RSO Range Safety Officers, Pistol Revolver & Semiautomatic, Rifle, Shotgun) and  Concealed Firearms Instructors for Concealed Firearms licenses issued by the Bureau or Criminal Identification - UTAH and Florida Department of Agriculture Division of Licensing. Law abiding citizens all over the United States are applying for Utah and FloridaConcealed Firearms Permits\Licenses.
